Moonlight White Tea was named after its distinct appearance being partially covered in white fuzzes while other sections left dark coloured, is a type of white tea made from large-leaf teas of Yunnan. The minimal processing involved in producing white teas helps to retain the natural sweet taste of their growing environment.

This MONTLEAF Moonlight White Tea was produced in 2023 from leaves of century-old tea trees in Jinggu, Yunnan. The tea buds are plump and coated with white fuzzes, set alongside dark coloured leaves. The tea offers a strong sweet scent and mellow taste which are exceptionally long lasting, making it an excellent choice for daily enjoyment and offering great value.

The tea would be loved by those who prefer a more light and natural taste. It can also be long term stored, allowing for gradual fermentation that enriches both the aroma and taste.

How to Brew:

Use a covered tea bowl or a teapot, take 4-5 grams of tea and brew it with 100ml of water of 90-100 °C, leave it for 20-60 seconds before serving.
